We are a family-owned meat processing company for over 20 years, specializing in poultry. Our founder, Gloria Law was unsatisfied with the quality of meat available at her local grocery stores. She had a vision to not only provide her family with the best quality meat, but those in her local community as well. In time, Skyhawk Meat Products Ltd. was born. Her vision is reflected in the business name, with “sky” representing the limitless ways that we deliver the highest standards of quality and precision on all products and services.
